I finally got my drivers license!!! I'm so ecstatic, I've been dreaming of getting my license since freshman year of high school. I've always wanted to play songs so loud and just drive around and I can finally do that! I even have a playlist I made before I even got my permit because I would literally fantasize about driving. I love playing summer-y songs in my car, I don't know why but loud, summer-y songs just give off movie/main character (do not call me a pick me ik other people think the same lmao). ANYWAYSSS, here's my top ten car ride songs from my playlist!

I don't know why this song is on my playlist to be honest, I kinda just like how chaotic this song is yk? Especially the part in the song where Olivia says, "...In your daddy's nice car, yeah, you're living the life. Got a pretty face, pretty boyfriend too. I wanna be you so bad and I don't even know you.". When I first listened to this song the summer freshman year of high school, I wanted to be like this so bad but now that I'm a junior, I feel like I'm getting closer to being like that.
This song just recently came out and I'm already obsessed. Anything from Karol G, I love, but the summer-y vibes of this song is so pleasing to listen to. Not to mention how relatable it is.
This song is very upbeat. I heard it on TikTok after I was stalking the singer (I thought he was a dancer). The music video for this is super fun too. I haven't really listened to any of his other music besides 'Dirty Dancing' but I'm sure it's as good as this song.
Again, with Karol G, I absolutely love her and her music. I find it crazy that I didn't see her in concert in Miami. I have been watching every concert of her's on YouTube. Anyways, I love this song, she eats every time with the summer vibes.
OKAY, last Karol G song on this playlist but lemme give you a little background with me and this song. So before I heard this song, I didn't even know who Karol G was (terrifying I know). There was this time where I just got out of the shower and I accidentally clicked on some random album on Apple Music and dude, it was this song. I might've listened to this song for hours on end before I went to listen to the rest of the album. Like, I had just gotten out of a relationship too and BRO, it's like Karol G wrote this song for me. This song has my heart.
Of course, I had to choose a Taylor Swift song. This isn't my favorite song by her (I don't have one), but it definitely gives the summer vibes for the car ride (hence cruel summer ykyk). It also just hypes me up for wherever I'm going
This song is SOOOO good. I don't care what anyone says, I remember being in middle school and just singing this in the back of English class with my friends. I still listen to this day with another girl who ABSOLUTELY adores J-Lo too. Idc what the haters say about my girl Jennifer.
I love this song, I heard on TikTok once and while I do forget about this song most of the times, when I hear it, I will put it on repeat until I get sick of it and forget it again.
I love this song, it's just one of those songs you can play in the background and just vibe to while I'm eating in my car and just driving around aimlessly.
Last, but not least, 5SOS. I, of course, had to add a nostalgic 2010's song. I only listen to this song when it pops up on my playlist, but when it does, IT SLAPSSS, idc how tough you are, everyone agrees that this song is so hype. Right when I hear those drums, I'm in a whole new place and I feel like I'm in a nickelodeon show.
